Over the years, Cleland Estate has been greatly used by many thousands of people and, today, Dalziel Park – arisen out of the redevelopment of Cleland Estate – is also extensively used by the present generation of Dalzielians. The new dual pitches allow all year round play for local football and rugby players ensuring the Trust legacy continues for another generation.
Doe were privileged to upgrade the facilites at Dalziel to the latest sports surfacing ensuring this Memorial is a long lasting tribute to the former pupils and members of staff of Dalziel High School who died during the Second World War.
