INDOOR TENNIS.

Indoor tennis court surfaces fall into three main categories – a variety of indoor surfaces designed for Clubs and commercial Centres; specialised top level coaching courts like the University of Stirling and other centres of tennis excellence and tournament courts for Davis Cup, ATP and similar events with occasional residential indoor courts. DOE can design and install tailor made solutions for every type of indoor tennis requirement and will be pleased to help with indoor projects from the concept stage onwards.

GreenSet® GRAND PRIX Acrylic tennis surfacing system is a proven product with a long standing and deservedly high reputation based on the excellence of its playing characteristics.

DOE have installed this system across the UK with many of the Indoor Centres adopting this surface as it provide an outstanding tennis surface for tournaments and training.

The surface takes spin and slice and provides an extremely consistent, medium pace of play, ideal for developing an “all court” game. GreenSet® Acrylic surfaces are exceptionally hard wearing, require minimal maintenance and are very easy to ‘resurface’ when the time comes. A GRAND PRIX court may only require cleaning and re-coating to bring it back to almost new condition making it a sound and cost effective investment over its life span.

DOE also provide a velour carpet system which is very popular in indoor courts at private clubs

GreenSet® GRAND PRIX GreenSet® GRAND PRIX Cushion CONFORT INDOOR CARPET

With the addition of ‘cushion’ layers the GRAND PRIX CUSHION surface provides a comfortable and more forgiving court for long periods of intensive play or coaching.

CONFORT is a deeply cushioned GreenSet® ACRYLIC court comprising a pre-fabricated rubber shock pad overlaid with the GreenSet® GRAND PRIX ACRYLIC tennis playing surface. It is installed at many well known tennis training centres in Europe.

An indoor velour tennis carpet offering a warm and welcoming tennis environment which is very popular with top level clubs and their family members. It can be installed over sprung timber or over a suitably constructed concrete screed.
